When you fill up your car with petrol is the pump supposed to stop pumping if your tank is full?
It it does then i just found out today as it was the first time i have got a full tank of petrol..lol
The pump stopped working and it started clicking and i thought something was wrong….is there some sort of sensor, or was there indeed something wrong with the pump..?
I feel like a dummy…only been driving 2 years and never got a full tank:D

What would happen if you were pumping gas into your car, forgot about putting the pump back and drove away?
What would happen if you were pumping gas into your car, forgot about putting the pump back and drive away and the pump broke off? Would gas start spraying everywhere? Would you have to pay for the damages? How much would that cost? Have you ever seen this happen to someone?
